I am a tech company veteran with a proven 25 year history of scaling B2B & B2C businesses across a variety of industries including property management, home improvement, insurance, online learning, e-commerce and residential real estate. Skilled in all aspects of marketing, product management & operations, I thrive at their intersection to create customer value.

I am the Founder & CEO of The Helm, advising and coaching both companies & individuals. In 2024, I also taught a course for executives on customer lifecycle management at The University of Chicago. You can read about my experience here.

Most recently I was a Fortune 500 Executive Officer at Compass Real Estate as their President, Central US Operations before launching and leading their national Customer Success team. Prior I was the SVP, Marketing for an NBCUniversal business (Craftsy) in the online education & ecommerce space and was involved with successful startup exits at NetQuote (acquired by Bankrate), ServiceMagic (now Angi) and SafeRent (now CoreLogic).
