For over 25 years, I’ve stepped into high-stakes situations including managing billion-dollar businesses, scaling marketing engines, and supporting leaders at crossroads. Today, I bring that same clarity, alignment, and momentum to your moment.
I spent 25 years leading operations, marketing, and product development inside high-growth companies, ultimately serving as a named executive officer at Compass, Inc., a Fortune 500 business. That experience taught me how to scale ideas, navigate complexity, and lead through rapid change — not just operationally, but at the level of leadership identity and organizational evolution.
Today, I bring that same strategic depth to work that lives at moments of transition. I advise companies as they evolve beyond legacy models and reimagine their operations and offerings with AI. I help experienced women translate decades of expertise into coaching businesses that reflect who they are now. I support senior leaders in sabbatical and reinvention chapters where identity and direction are being redefined. And I guide leaders toward more conscious, sustainable forms of success that match the scale and complexity of today’s environment.
Because the landscape of work is changing at an exponential rate, I also lead an AI Club focused on practical applications — exploring how emerging tools reshape leadership, expertise, and building.
