I’m a strategist with a builder’s instinct and a futurist’s eye — known for solving the hard, messy problems that drive transformation.
I build revenue-generating customer solutions, move fast, and often see six months ahead of the curve. I’ve been called a “Seal Team 6” operator for my ability to make things happen when it matters most.
Today, I apply that same lens of clarity and execution to help leaders, companies, and industries navigate what’s next — through my work with The Helm, The Midlife Sabbatical, and strategic consulting for proptech and brokerage innovators. Whether guiding growth or reinvention my goal is simple: to turn vision into forward motion.
I began my career in Denver startups helping legacy industries embrace the digital era. At SafeRent, I built early B2B SaaS products for tenant screening in the multifamily housing industry and at HomeAdvisor (Angi) I built and marketed products for our service pros. Then, at NetQuote (acquired by Bankrate), I led the consumer marketing and product teams that drove the company's growth from $40M to over $100M in revenue. Post acquisition, I initiated and launched a CPC auction marketplace that scaled from $3M in year one to $48M by year three.
Next, I honed my expertise in data-driven strategy and product innovation. I launched Merkle’s social CRM business (ah, early Facebook Open Graph era!) and architected digital marketing strategy for global B2B clients like Dell and Lexmark. At T3Media my remit was to create a Shutterstock "killer" but quickly realized the company needed to pivot to hit profitability. As interim GM for the licensing business, I led a division restructure and launch of a new business line focused on digital media delivery rather than stock footage licensing.
As Head of Growth and later SVP of Marketing at Craftsy (acquired by NBCUniversal), we transformed a niche creative platform into a lifestyle brand. I launched Craftsy’s subscription business, led a full rebrand, and drove YouTube and e-commerce strategies that reached millions. Managing a $40M budget and 40-person team, I merged content, commerce, and community—turning creativity into a scalable, data-informed business model.
During my four-year tenure at Compass, I was promoted three times, ultimately becoming President of US Customer Success and a named executive officer of the Fortune 500 business. I began in the Colorado market, growing it from one office to six across urban and mountain regions and securing the No. 1 brokerage ranking in Denver by revenue in under a year. My remit then expanded to Colorado, Texas, and the full Central US which included almost 25% of the $1B business, 5,000 agents, and 300+ employees. Because I always have to be building, I created Compass’s first national Customer Success team, surpassing technology adoption goals and launched the company’s first services business, scaling it from idea to $6M in annual revenue in its first six months.
While building Compass’s first services business, Coaching at Compass, I saw a striking gap: although the real estate industry is two-thirds women, fewer than one-third of nationally recognized coaches were women. The Helm exists to change that. We help seasoned women launch and grow their real estate coaching businesses.
Prior to The Helm, I took a sabbatical and realized how few resources exist for senior professionals navigating a transition like this outside of academia or faith communities. I created The Midlife Sabbatical to fill that need.
Alongside this work, I continue to consult with proptech and brokerage companies and coach senior women business leaders.
